Connected Circles was created in 2020 to support nonprofit leaders create meaningful change in our world.

After an initial, free 30 minute introductory conversation, we can chat about what is calling you at this time. Together we can create a plan to meet your needs. 

If I am not able to help you directly, I'd be happy to refer you to another practitioner or consultant. 

Either way, you are always firmly in the driver's seat.

Respect, commitment and honesty - these are values I have carried throughout my life.

Born and raised in South Africa, I moved to Canada in 1999.  With a lifelong commitment to social justice, I was active in the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa and have always worked within a human rights framework to address issues of marginalization and discrimination. 

My educational foundations lie in Psychology, Social Work and Management and, after a rigorous 18 months of training over five years, I certified as an Integral Master Coach (TM). 

I have worked and volunteered in the charitable, non-profit sector in both South Africa and Canada for over thirty years, with much of that spent in management and executive positions. 

My expertise lies in small and medium-sized community-based and non-profit organisations and includes competencies in executive leadership, program management, community development, organisational development, counselling and coaching.

I am immensely privileged to have worked alongside a broad and diverse range of communities and am passionate about the vital role of mission-focused and community-based organisations to support communities to thrive.
