Connected Circles was created to support both individuals and organisations to create the version of themselves they so deeply desire. 

After an initial, free 30 minute introductory conversation, I can assess your needs and together was can create a program to meet them. 

If I am not able to help you directly, I'd be happy to refer you to another practitioner or consultant who is better suited to your needs. 

Either way, you are always firmly in the driver's seat.

Respect, commitment and honesty - these are values I have carried throughout my life.

Born and raised in South Africa, I moved to Canada in 1999.  With a lifelong commitment to social justice, I was active in the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa and have always worked within a human rights framework to address issues of marginalization and discrimination. 

My educational foundations lie in Psychology, Social Work and Management and in March 2021 I certified as an Integral Professional Coach. 

I have worked and volunteered in the charitable, non-profit sector in both South Africa and Canada for over thirty years, with much of that spent in management and executive positions. 

My expertise lies in small and medium-sized community-based and non-profit organisations and includes competencies in executive leadership, program management, community development, organisational development, counselling and coaching.

I am immensely privileged to have worked alongside a broad and diverse range of communities and am passionate about the vital role of mission-focused and community-based organisations to support marginalized and under-served communities to thrive.
