Offerings

10-12 week program of 6 sessions with individually tailored developmental objectives and practices to build skills and competencies

18-20 week program of 10 sessions with individually tailored developmental objectives and practices to build skills and competencies 

Something inbetween the other two options.

Brief 3-session coaching to develop awareness of habits and patterns OR a deeper dive experience over 6-8 months.
